Message from the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer

During CEZA’s flag ceremony last April 07, 2025, I delivered a stern warning and reminder to all CEZA employees, especially those under the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) to remain steadfast and unwavering against unscrupulous and unethical bidders who purposely ignore well stated principles and processes enunciated under Republic Act No. 9184 which were further established in Republic Act No. 12009.

The message was given as part of my consistent and continuous commitment towards equity, transparency, accountability, sustainability and good governance. That through my leadership, CEZA shall never compromise the quality of services it delivers and ensures the overall well-being of the organization and of those affected by it.
