CEZA EMPOWERS AND PROMOTES EMPLOYEES’ RIGHTS

A three-year Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) and the Association of CEZA Employees (ACE) was issued by the Civil Service Commission on March 31, 2025 at the CEZA NCR Office in Makati City. The registration certificate was presented by CSC Director II Cesar R. Garduque Jr. and handed over to Dr. Perla C. Tumaliuan, Deputy Administrator for Support Services, representing the CEZA management, and Ms. Michelle S. Agabin, ACE President, representing the CEZA Employees. The CNA is a written agreement between CEZA and its employees, through ACE, containing the framework for negotiating terms and conditions related to employment, such as working conditions, benefits and other aspects. It is a testament of CEZA’s efforts in promoting harmonious relationship and giving value to its employees. Because at CEZA, investing in people means investing in success of serving you.
