To help make its programs more inclusive and equitable, CEZA conducted a two-day Gender and Development (GAD) training for 55 staff from its Makati, Santa Ana, and Lallo offices.
The workshop strengthened their understanding of gender analysis and introduced tools like the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) and the Project Implementation, Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation (PIMME) framework to improve planning and delivery of services.
Led by PCW GAD resource pool member Mr. Mac Paul V. Alariao, the training reflects CEZA’s continued commitment to gender-responsive governance and more inclusive public service.
